At Space Nachos, every bite begins with a seed — quite literally. On our dedicated farm in Thailand, we cultivate a special heritage corn, a genetic treasure brought directly from Mexico, the birthplace of corn tortilla culture. This corn isn’t just any variety; it’s carefully selected for its flavor, texture, and nutritional value, making it ideal for the nixtamalization process — a traditional method that unlocks the full potential of the grain. By growing our own ingredients, we maintain full control over purity, sustainability, and quality from farm to factory.
